We offer a fully managed platform to update, configure, and monitor 389 Directory Server installations. We use OpsCode/Chef and our Zenoss/ZenPacks.lbn.LDAPMonitor systems to do this. Please do talk to us about these offerings, either as our managed service or to install and operate within your own datacentre.
We also have an automated suite to migration OpenLDAP systems to 389 Directory Server. We have an article about this here.
