This Week in BBG...
Let's Collaborate

Hey Alan

As you know, my goal is to connect with my linked in database (now 29,678), and identify ways in which we can collaborate  (maybe sharing relevant contacts or leads, or hosting an event on your behalf, or just connecting or referring someone that can add value to you or your business.

Below are some of the events that we are hosting , next week - hopefully you can join us.

If you are keen to collaborate and have events in your city, I look forward to exploring that opportunity with you.

What is the greatest constraint of any business? ... Getting new business!

Relying purely on your existing customer base will not build a business. The sales net must be thrown much wider. Regardless of what type of business you are in, you need proven systems to continually reach new prospects. That's where Odile Faludi can help you! Odile will help you open not only the door to your prospects but their mind resulting in more happy customers for you.

After this full day seminar you will have:

  • A clear understanding of the process of Kick Starting Conversations on the phone and face to face
  • The ability to fill your calendar with appointments resulting in more customers
  • Confidence to initiate client conversations with cold and warm prospects
  • 14 essential attributes that one must have to become a better communicator
  • The secrets of emotional intelligence and how it impacts on yourself and others

  • 2 guaranteed ways making conversation safe when a client becomes defensive
  • Brainstorming session on avenues for lead generation to ignite your business

Gearing for Scalability with the 20/80 Rule
Jo’burg BBG Chapter meets on Wednesday 25th July
Adam will be sharing with us his strategies on how he has  built a sucessful company able to service over 1000 customers with very few staff. Adam only works a few hours a week, and found time to write five novels. How does he do this?

Adam will share with us the counter-intuitive logic of the 20/80 Rule.

You’ve heard about the 80/20 rule. This is the rule about the other 20. I call it the 20/80 rule, and using it, I’ve created exponential efficiencies in my business that have enabled me to achieve scalable exponential growth.”
